Welcome to the new Kairos Ventures support site!
Hello, Team Kairos!
I am excited to announce that just four days after his official start date Shahed has set up a great internal helpdesk/support website!
This site has three main sections/purposes:
- FAQs: We have begun building a database of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that you can access from the home page of the support site. The FAQs have answers to a handful of questions that we think might be relevant to many of the Kairos employees. This section will grow, largely with all of your help. As you face new support issues and we receive new questions, we will make sure that we continue to update, and, likely re-organize, the FAQ section. This should be the first place you visit when you have a technology or infrastructure question.
- Announcements: This section, also accessible from the main Kairos support page, is where you'll learn about new tools, features, and technologies that we are rolling out at Kairos. You are reading an announcement now. Check back often to see what the IT team is working on and how it can improve your productivity. For those of you who truly dislike the Surface, the next announcement will be one you definitely won't want to miss.
- Support: At its heart, this site is meant to be a better way for us to manage support issues, be more responsive, and resolve your IT problems as soon as possible. The best way to help us do this is by opening support tickets. By opening a support ticket, you'll know that someone is working on your request and get alerts as the request progresses and is resolved. It will also allow me to track tickets and ensure that nothing falls through the proverbial cracks. You can create a support ticket in one of two ways: (1) by clicking on "Submit a Request" at the top right of the support home page, (2) by emailing your request to email@example.com. When possible, we would suggest the first method, as it allows us to collect more structured information about your request.
